Advanced Therapies For Diabetes and Weight Management
With over three decades of experience in clinical research, we have been involved in various groundbreaking trials, particularly those focused on innovative treatments for Type 2 Diabetes (DM2) and weight loss, including the use of Tirzepatide and Semaglutide. These medications are at the forefront of improving both glycemic control and promoting significant weight reduction, and we have had the privilege of helping participants bring their HbA1c levels closer to their health goals while supporting healthy weight management.
Beyond facilitating access to these advanced therapies, we prioritize community education, emphasizing the importance of daily blood glucose monitoring. Teaching patients proper methods to verify their sugar levels is crucial for long-term diabetes and weight management, empowering them to take control of their health and make informed decisions. Working with these transformative technologies and medications and seeing the positive impacts on participants’ lives has been incredibly rewarding.

Liver Disease
MASH and MASLD
We are committed to advancing the clinical development of therapeutics for Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH) and Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD). Collaborating with leading experts in the field, our mission is to enhance the understanding of these conditions while providing participants and their families with knowledge and comfort throughout the trial process. As the prevalence of liver diseases rises, we are dedicated to providing patients with the necessary diagnostic tools, including MRIs and liver biopsies, which are needed to define and combat this disease. We accomplish this by working closely with trusted vendors to ensure seamless and efficient care.

Infectious Diseases
Vaccination
Our work on COVID-19 and flu vaccines has placed us at the forefront of healthcare advancements, making a meaningful impact on our communities by prioritizing their health and safety. We have a deep commitment to ensuring that our clinical trials not only push the boundaries of science but also address urgent public health needs. Our specialized PK trials, which often require extensive 12- to 24-hour blood collections, are meticulously managed by our expert team and dedicated investigators. Together, we ensure that we meet our enrollment timelines while maintaining the highest standards of care and precision in every step of the research process.

Central Nervous System
Alzheimer’s Disease and Parkinson’s Disease
The Concierge Clinical Trials Medical and Scientific Team has a deep and unwavering commitment to improving therapeutics across all Central Nervous System (CNS) Disorders, as evidenced by our many publications and books in the field. CNS disorders inflict much suffering not only on those afflicted but also on their families, and current therapeutic options leave much to be desired. Better understanding of the mechanisms underlying CNS disorders is rapidly coming about, through convergence of advances in genetics, drug discovery and design, imaging of brain activity, and discovery of important receptors and pathways.
For example, therapeutic treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease had largely stagnated for decades, relying primarily on symptomatic relief (ie, cholinesterase inhibitors). However, the recent approval of monoclonal antibodies, which clear unwanted beta amyloid from the brain, now offer real hope for slowing and possibly halting progression of the disorder. Further science on the involvement of Tau protein and targeting of other specific anti-inflammatory markers will undoubtedly refine therapeutics even further. Thus, we are at an important crossroads in the treatment of this disorder; however, in order to bring promise to fruition, the clinical trials must be conceived and executed with utmost attention to methodology and patient selection.
Recent data also indicate that Alzheimer’s is a complex disorder, which may be composed of a number of subtypes, each with different pathways in disease progression and response to different intervention strategies. Our deep understanding and contribution to the science of the disorder is brought to bear in the clinical conduct of therapeutic trials, with emphasis on proper patient selection and evaluation through the often long regimens of study trials. We know that success in finding a cure for this terrible disorder ultimately hinges on flawless study trial conduct and are fully committed to finding agents that are both efficacious and safe.
